How does this work?

First, students will receive a handout with all the information covered during each course plus the hands-on exercises they will be doing during the class.

We use popular communication platforms for the training, such as Zoom, TeamViewer, or Microsoft Team. During each session, the student and instructor will have an audio/video connection to be able to speak or chat to one another and facilitate the learning process.

Each class lasts 6 hours approximately, so the class can run in one day or they can be run into 3 sessions of two hours or 2 sessions of 3 hours. Keyboarding must be 6 sessions of 1.5 hours.

There are three options to do the virtual training:

1st option:

Student(s) can be at a large meeting room maintaining social distance and see the instructor’s screen displayed by a projector to show students how to do each exercise step by step and do the hands-on exercises on their own PC or laptop.

2nd option:

Student(s) can be at different locations (home or office) and they can be using two screens (two monitors connected to a PC or one monitor connected to a laptop), where the student(s) will see the instructor’s screen on one of the monitors to show students how to do each exercise step by step and do the hands-on exercises on the other monitor.

3rd option:

Students can use a PC or a laptop with one screen. They will have two windows opened. On one window they will see the instructor’s screen and on the second window they will have opened a program, e.g., Excel, World, etc. This is done to show students how to do each exercise step by step on one window and then they will switch to the other window to do the hands-on exercises on their own while being supervised.
